Shipping + Local Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with Curated Pawleys! We are a small, locally owned shop in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and each order is handled with care.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our shop:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to the store.

Our current store hours are:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Pickup-Only Items

Some items are available for local pickup only due to size, weight, fragility, or special handling needs. This may include oversized decor, artwork, mirrors, lighting, rugs, custom items, and other fragile or large pieces.

If an item is marked as local pickup only, shipping will not be available for that product at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is available on select items. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and handling needs of the item.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both shippable items and pickup-only items, you may need to complete local pickup for the pickup-only portion of your order. We will contact you if any additional coordination is needed.

Large, Fragile, or Oversized Items

Certain large, fragile, or oversized items are not eligible for standard shipping. If you are interested in an item that requires special handling, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to discuss available options.

Custom Items

Custom items, including the custom Mahjong table, may have different fulfillment timelines and pickup/shipping requirements. Any custom order details will be communicated before or after purchase depending on the item.

The custom Mahjong table is currently available for local pickup only.

Incorrect Shipping Selection

If an item is accidentally checked out with an incorrect shipping or pickup option, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. Additional shipping charges may apply, or the order may need to be adjusted for local pickup.
